Taking care of yourself = A better mood
Often times, I find that I don’t think about properly taking care of myself until I start feeling bad physically and mentally. As a mom with multiple things on my list of things to do, it’s very easy to end up at bottom of the list. Recently, I’ve beat myself up because I know what to do – I just have stints of laziness.
